Payment Policy
All tuition is processed automatically on the 1st of each month through our online parent portal. A credit/debit card or bank account must be on file to avoid delays.
If you’re unable to access your portal account, please contact us promptly.
Class enrollment changes must be made in writing (email acceptable) before the 1st of the month to avoid charges.

Late Payments
A $25 late fee will be added on the 10th if a balance remains (including tuition, costume, or competition fees).
Accounts 30+ days overdue will result in suspension from class until paid.
If you need an alternate payment plan, please reach out.

Costume Policy
Recital costumes are $80 per class or $100 for combo classes, due by November 1st.
Costumes are not ordered without payment and non-refundable once ordered.
Competition costumes have separate fees and due dates—refer to your team handbook or contact us.

Annual Recital
Our year-end recital is held in June (exact date announced once confirmed).
Rather than individual ticket sales, families will pay a recital fee of approx. $65, due by May 1st, covering the venue, rehearsal, and staff.
This allows you to invite unlimited guests without ticket purchases.

Tuition Structure

Tuition is based on the full season (September–June) and divided into equal monthly payments for your convenience.

Tuition remains the same each month, regardless of how many times a class meets.

By registering for a fall class, you are committing to the entire season (Sept–June).

If unforeseen circumstances prevent your child from continuing, please contact us immediately.
